In this sermon, we look at what the bible has to say about this issue of Christian soul-winning. Pastor Delewski clearly shows from the scriptures that there is a wrong way to preach the gospel, as well as a wrong motive.

This is the first part of a three-part sermon, covering this very important issue. Next week we will be looking at the best scriptures to use for evangelizing the lost.

Next we discuss when to pray the sinner's prayer, as well as making sure that THEY are ready to make the decision to be saved on their own. Pastor Delewski clearly shows that it is wrong to force a decision!


Finally we discuss the need for scriptural discipleship, AFTER the person has received Jesus Christ.

In this message we look at what the Bible has to say about the subject of giving 10% of your income (or tithing) to a local church. We look first at tithing in the Old Testament before the giving of the law, and then under the law.

Next we go to the New Testament and look at the scriptures for Christians that deal with the subject of giving.

By the end of this message you will see that there is NO support in the Bible for a FORCED, 10% of your income, weekly system of "offerings".

Paid ministry is scriptural, but Christians need to be careful as to who they support with their money!
