Nigeria's Sureword Baptist's WRONG TEACHING

.
It never, never, never fails that when it is fools cannot respond correctly, they will invariably state the inadequacy of my gender to be correcting such fools, who deem themselves to be "men of God!!"  Hilarious, indeed!

The Baptist church Christ founded, of which I belong is a PERFECT CHURCH though consisting of imperfect saints like, the Christ-denying Peter, doubting-Thomas, lazy John Mark, inpatient Paul, unbelieving and betrayer-Judas, etc.

The Baptist church is Perfect because it was founded by Christ who cannot create anything less than perfection.

The Baptist church is Perfect because it is resting on the perfect foundation of the King James Bible.

"He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar–jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." Matt. 16:15-19

"For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ." 1Cor. 3:11

Reject that complacency to sin and comformity to the world that say "if you find a perfect church, don't join it because you will ruin it". What kind of church should the believer attend, a pentecostal, Catholic, or Protestant?
  • Ayaosi Izuagbe and 2 others like this.
  • Helga Hickman The ignorance you utter is beyond belief! SHAME ON YOU to NOT know the word of God!
  • Tim Pledger Helga, Pastor Simon did not say that people could not be saved and go to heaven unless they were Baptists. He said that the "Perfect Church" is a "Baptist Church". if you travelled abroad with Air France, you could choose to go Economy or First Class. You can get to Heaven through Jesus and go First Class by being a Baptist.
  • Justus Chi-echezonam This is a fallacious statement! Holy Spirit is the perfect church. . . the Most High does not dwell in houses made by hands, as the prophet says, "Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build for me, says the Lord, or what is the place of my rest? . . . You stiff - necked people , uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit. As your fathers did, so do you. Acts 7:48-51 , Is 66:1-2 and Acts 17:24
  • Tim Pledger Justus, what does that even mean? "Holy Spirit is the perfect church". Do you even know what a church is? if the "Holy Spirit" is a church, where does one pay tithes? Who is the Pastor? Who has authority to baptize? Where do believers assemble? You have been gaining your beliefs from the Catholics or one of their babies.
  • Helga Hickman Quite a silly "response" you give, Tim Pledger, for neither did I claim anyone to have said any such! But it is that the Baptists seek to revision history, no different than the Roman Catholic did and does!

The church to which Jesus and his apostles p
reached was the one in the wilderness, Israel, THE JEWS and NOT the one in which the body of Christ finds itself!

We follow NOT Jesus in the flesh IF in the body of Christ, but Christ resurrected as told us by the Holy Spirit through Paul, he to be our apostle for today!

    1 Timothy 1:
15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation,
that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy,
that IN ME FIRST Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering,
for a PATTERN TO THEM WHICH SHOULD HEREAFTER BELIEVE ON HIM TO LIFE EVERLASTING .

Paul here obviously stating HE TO BE THE FIRST IN THE BODY OF CHRIST!
  • Justus Chi-echezonam @Tim Holy Spirit came to abide with us forever see John 14:16; to bring all things to our rememberance, see John 14:26; to testify of Jesus, see John 15:26; to guide us into all truth, see John 16:13; to show us things to come, see John 16:13; and to glorify Jesus in everything and show that glory to belivers , see John 16:14. From this we should learn that we should always seek first the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Ignorance is not the only thing that prevent us from having a partnershi with the Holy Spirit.
  • Justus Chi-echezonam @Helga, you made a point. it is sad but true that the church today is filled with plans and programs for human interest. Worship is planned and presented for fleshly pleasure through social association. There is little interest in hearing from the Holy Spirit. As a result the church which should be taking care of the work of the kingdom of heaven has become wasted. It is on the brink of bankruptcy and has become an object of ridicule and reproach!
  • Justus Chi-echezonam Why are Christians settling for mere outward formalities of religion, dry ceremonies of worship, seeing the church as a place of social intercourse? This emptiness has left young people sick of the christian way and its form of godliness. They have become disillusioned because the church has lost its spirital life!
  • Sureword Baptist @ Helga, are you saying the church started before the New Testament?

So you don't know the difference between the Old and New Testament. The name of Israel was called a "church" in the wilderness on the sense that they of been called out of Egypt (a t
ype of the world) to the Promise Land.

The Believer called out of sin, the kingdom of darkness, sealed with the Holy Ghost, regenerated, washed and baptized into the body of Christ. He is then added unto the church (Baptist). You seem to be so confused mam.
  • Helga Hickman WOW! Is that what you understand of what I say? Good grief!
Tell me, when did Paul come in? Don't I say it is he who be the apostle of the body of Christ? Then by what stretch of the imagination do you come up with what you say?
  • Sureword Baptist Here is your comment "The church to which Jesus and his apostles preached was the one in the wilderness, Israel, THE JEWS and NOT the one in which the body of Christ finds itself!"

    How do you explain this?
  • Helga Hickman Exactly!
THAT IS WHY IT IS PAUL THAT CHRIST BROUGHT IN, FOR US, TODAY!
  • Sureword Baptist 1. When did the New Testament Church start. 2. How started the NT Church? 3. Who started the New Testament Church?
  • Helga Hickman ALL OF WHAT YOU ASK I ALREADY ADDRESSED!
You do not rightly divide the word of God!
Here a Baptist preacher who knows better!

    rainhadocanto10-evangelicalchristian.blogspot.com
So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. 1 Corinthians 3:7 (KJB)
  • Sureword Baptist Oh, you finally scurried to the Baptist store to fetch good doctrine? I thought you do not belong or belief alike with us?
  • Helga Hickman No, it is that there be some amongst your wrong teachings who know to discern the truth!
  • Samuel Nyam @ justus i want you to tell me wether the church founded by Christ was aperfect church or not?if you read the message to the seven churches in Revelation chp2 you will know that christ is coming purify his church to be perfect as it were in the beginning.all the abomination taking will be distroyed Christ himself.
  • Sureword Baptist I bet, women like you will be commanded to be silent in the Baptist church. You are supposed to be cooking, cleaning, washing or something and not debating with men who have been sent by God to guide you. Were you discipled by Jezebel?
  • Helga Hickman HA HA HA HA HA! YOU ARE FALSE TEACHERS SENT BY THE DEVIL!
Well, true to his satanic roots, the above pastor wiped out my last response.  Good that I am well acquainted with his type, and had saved it!

Sureword Baptist I bet, women like you will be commanded to be silent in the Baptist church. You are supposed to be cooking, cleaning, washing or something and not debating with men who have been sent by God to guide you. Were you discipled by Jezebel?
Helga Hickman You are a true Baptist, having wiped out my comment. Worry not, to my blog you go, I having faithfully copied my response to you, which you erased, proving you are a deceiving fool. I am already acquainted with the deceiving ways of the devil which is in you, who consistently MUST revise history!

Another comment wiped out!  How sad these propose to be pastors!

And one more very appropriate of Satan's disciple's comment:

What can we do? Que podemos fazer? Todos Juntos Por João Rafael Kovalski

.
O mundo e' um lugar perigoso de se viver, nao por cause daqueles que fazem o mal, mas sim por cause daqueles que observam e deixam o mal acontecer. - Albert Enstein

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. - Edmund Burke
Happy New Year is all most are clamoring this time of the year, but there are homes where it is anything but happy, for a child has been snatched by some evil being, for whatever nefarious purposes.

I cannot begin to comprehend the pain of a mother whose child has simply vanished without a trace!  I cannot begin to imagine the torture through which she goes, accusing herself of neglect, wondering what harm is being done to her little one.

Most of us are so very blissfully ignorant of the enormous calamity this truly is, most insidious, it seems, in Brazil, where it is I found the first lost child and the anguish that drains his mother of sleep and energy.  His name is João Rafael Kovalski, a little innocent 1-year-old, when taken from his home, a most adorable-looking child.

The above poster for this missing child, Joao Rafael Kowalsk, is in many languages. Please spread it as far and wide as you can.

Little Joao Rafael Kowalski is now 2 years old, having been taken when playing in his own backyard, on August 24, 2013, in the city of Adrianopolis, State of Parana, in Brazil, around 11:00am!

All and any help is most appreciated! One cannot begin to imagine how inconsolable his mother is! Please, pray for the family, for the child to be well, and not harmed!

I know nothing more that I can do than to advertise it throughout the world.  Facebook carries his picture everywhere we can post it, also.  Please, be on the lookout, post his picture wherever you can!  Such children, in the best of scenarios, are sold for adoption, mostly through false paperwork capably done in the State of Rio de Janeiro, the Brazilian authorities to be very lax when it comes to verifying the identity of children coming in or leaving the country, much less finding and shutting down such enterprises. An utter disgrace!

I was just revolted to see a movie, "Philomena," a true-life story of a child sold in England to well-to-do people in the USA, by innocent-looking nuns, who presumed to be doing good to the rest of the world. So, you see, the seemingly-nicest people are so very sick, and capable of such evil. We need keep our eyes and ears open to the appearance of any "new" children, be it in the best of families! It is the only way all can help, by spreading the news, and have everyone aware of this! Please do!

It is not a "happy new year" for the family of João Rafael Kovalski, but it is another occasion to pray and hope this child will be found!

May God watch over this little boy!
Please pray for him!
Please pray for the family!

And you have something about which to complain?! A family's plight: baby Heitor Cordeiro

.
Much too commonly, it seems, we use the phrase "It took my breath away!"  Here something, that when first viewed by me, really did take my breath away, which 15 hours later, I am still attempting to regain, with tears in my eyes and a most oppressed heart.  Nevertheless, it is a story in real life that is so very inspirational.

When a child it born, one worries about counting his/her fingers and toes.  The parents of this precious being had so much more about which to worry!  Yet, one is hard-pressed to see this most valiant very young mother of only 22 years of age, ever give in to sorrow, rather, being a tower of strength in adversity, is always seen with that most beautiful smile she wears so well!

This child will need a lifetime of care, in need of many special resources, I pray, be available to him.  Such great strides have been made in the field of prosthetics.  Who knows, the day may come, when this happy child be able to embrace his marvelous mother, who will so long for one such embrace!  So much we take for granted, if only to have the arms of our children around our necks!

Should any be moved to help, please reach out to them through their Facebook page:

A pró de adaptação para o bebê Heitor

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Philippians 4:13 (King James Bible)

WORTH WHILE

It is easy enough to be pleasant,
When life flows by like a song,
But the man worth while is one who will smile,
    When everything goes dead wrong.
For the test of the heart is trouble,
And it always comes with the years,
And the smile that is worth the praises of earth,
Is the smile that shines through tears.

It is easy enough to be prudent,
When nothing tempts you to stray,
When without or within no voice of sin
    Is luring your soul away;
But it's only a negative virtue
Until it is tried by fire,
And the life that is worth the honor on earth,
Is the one that resists desire.

By the cynic, the sad, the fallen,
Who had no strength for the strife,
The world's highway is cumbered to-day,
They make up the sum of life.
But the virtue that conquers passion,
And the sorrow that hides in a smile,
It is these that are worth the homage on earth
For we find them but once in a while.

                                          Ella Wheeler Wilcox

The mother of this beautiful child, Talita, well exemplifies this poem!
January 2, 2014 - 7:00pmEST - I just came to realize she was aware of his disability through a sonogram I just viewed on her page, yet, chose to have him! Praise God, for it!
I shall always have this beautiful family in my prayers!

She says in this page (translation follows):

"Heitor is an angel that God sent us, in our eyes with some limitations... Nevertheless in God's eyes nothing is impossible... The love he receives from all is great... My angel has s2 but what is more important is that he will be able to love, something, unfortunately, not all are able to do!
Very bright, a little boy who soon will be giving me a lot of "work" with the girls!!

"He came to us without his two little arms, but we believe with God, that everything in this life can be overcome, if only we persist, and in this I, Heitor's mother, am very persistent!  Persistence, and if dependent of me and the daddy of my Warrior, he will overcome everything and everyone!

"A big kiss to all who love our ANGEL HEITOR!"

Need ideas for your New Year's Resolution list-making?

.
Thinking of crafting a "new year's resolution" list? Any charities and missions in it?

Well, there is no more worthwhile charity than http://www.givedirectly.org/
, that seeks NOT to enrich CEOs,

NOR provide so-called short-term "missionaries" with a feel-good vacation, but to put 90% of every dollar donated toward the end for which it was intended!

Published on Nov 20, 2013 by GiveDirectly

"The first time I heard about GiveDirectly, I couldn't believe [an NGO could] just come in and give free money...and I thought people were going to waste it...." in this video, GiveDirectly Uganda field officers Rosemary Apolot and Charles Omoding share their initial skepticism about giving cash to the poor, and explain how their experiences with GiveDirectly recipients changed their thinking.

Quite recently, I received a 3-page hand-written letter from the subject of a post, Debbie Deborah Wright Martin's SHORT-TERM "MISSION" to that little country, called Africa, explaining to no end the worthwhile endeavors her little rich self puts herself through to "help out" with her YEARLY missions to the needy.  I haven't the time to transcribe it, together with the very compelling newsletter she sends around to friends, when asking for donations for such a lofty cause.

Indeed, such ventures last for some three weeks, their group gallivanting from one site to another, all in the name of spreading the word of God!  Ironically, she divulges not the institution / denomination through which such lofty ideals are wrought, one never as much to know what version of the Bible is used!

Yes!  And for the privilege of the poor who need wash their clothes by the river; where also their fish is cleaned; who live under thatch roofs with no running water nor electricity; in "school rooms" that have no chairs, just stools; with all of whom they are sure to "pray" (do the locals understand what is being said?) and leave a copy of the "bible," where the days are short year-round, and there be no electricity by which to read such bibles, these are to be so very thankful!   I forget now the number she claims was "saved and baptized!"  Clearly, she knows not to divide the word of God correctly, such only adding to the "numbers" taht can be advertised, and INCORRECT doctrine is preached to these in need!

I compare such with a visit to a zoo or a freak show, to whose "animals" one throws a crumb or two, greatly amusing the giver, nevertheless, leaving the recipient of such miserly crumbs wanting more.  EXCEPT, animals in a zoo are well tended, before and after any such mirth-filled visits, and the "freaks" in any show are compensated through wages earned!

Three weeks, spent in numerous villages, where language is, no doubt, a barrier, where, Debbie claims to have "left a piece of her heart!"  I don't think so!  Should you see the LUXURY in which she lives and travels, you'd know EXACTLY where her heart lies!

And the cost for all this?  A miserly $5,000.00 PER PERSON, and I believe, I counted some ten in the group.  I haven't the newsletter at hand to verify this, again.

Can anyone imagine just how many wells could be dug, how many professions could be enabled to the family men in these villages, through so much cash?  How many decent school-rooms could be built, with chairs, where through education they might just inquire as to the word of God?

Ah, but these rich do-gooders feel they are doing God's work!  Oh, yes, Debbie insisted it is not a vacation.  She must have meant it is not her ONLY vacation, for, it seems, she and her business-owner hubby cross the country in a luxurious travel trailer camper, "roughing it out" in beautiful state campsite cabins!  Her name should soon be found to be a synonym for HYPOCRITE in any thesaurus!

I cannot imagine more selfish work, which pleases but her flesh, and not that of the poor she claims to be helping!
Greatly IRRESPONSIBLE it is!  Outright theft of God's money!

Compare this mere fun-vehicle with the living quarters of the natives in some village, posted by Mark Martin:

He writes: "Missions update: their trip is winding down and everyone is pretty tired. This picture was taken at one of the river villages and this particular one is where an exorcism took place."

Exorcism?  Hmmm!  Thus, I am ascertained the sponsors of such "mission" trips are certainly not Christian!  Still, NOWHERE on her page or anywhere else, is ANY MENTION of to what denomination she subscribes!!
