In this sermon we look at what the Bible says about how a Christian woman should dress, and if she should wear jewelry. Where should her beauty come from?
Next we take a look at what the Bible says about "modest apparel". Does God expect men and women to dress differently, or the same?
Finally, we will conclude this study by looking at two great women in the Bible. Esther was known for her beauty, yet she did not adorn herself with the things that other women used. Ruth was also a beautiful woman, and yet she wasn't afraid to work in the fields!
If you are a woman who wants to please God, you will see from this study that you can and should look nice. But not to the point where you are causing men to lust!
A Christian woman's beauty should come from her Christ-like spirit, and NOT from her "outward adornings".
