Nigeria's Sureword Baptist's WRONG TEACHING

.
It never, never, never fails that when it is fools cannot respond correctly, they will invariably state the inadequacy of my gender to be correcting such fools, who deem themselves to be "men of God!!"  Hilarious, indeed!

The Baptist church Christ founded, of which I belong is a PERFECT CHURCH though consisting of imperfect saints like, the Christ-denying Peter, doubting-Thomas, lazy John Mark, inpatient Paul, unbelieving and betrayer-Judas, etc.

The Baptist church is Perfect because it was founded by Christ who cannot create anything less than perfection.

The Baptist church is Perfect because it is resting on the perfect foundation of the King James Bible.

"He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar–jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." Matt. 16:15-19

"For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ." 1Cor. 3:11

Reject that complacency to sin and comformity to the world that say "if you find a perfect church, don't join it because you will ruin it". What kind of church should the believer attend, a pentecostal, Catholic, or Protestant?
  • Ayaosi Izuagbe and 2 others like this.
  • Helga Hickman The ignorance you utter is beyond belief! SHAME ON YOU to NOT know the word of God!
  • Tim Pledger Helga, Pastor Simon did not say that people could not be saved and go to heaven unless they were Baptists. He said that the "Perfect Church" is a "Baptist Church". if you travelled abroad with Air France, you could choose to go Economy or First Class. You can get to Heaven through Jesus and go First Class by being a Baptist.
  • Justus Chi-echezonam This is a fallacious statement! Holy Spirit is the perfect church. . . the Most High does not dwell in houses made by hands, as the prophet says, "Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build for me, says the Lord, or what is the place of my rest? . . . You stiff - necked people , uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit. As your fathers did, so do you. Acts 7:48-51 , Is 66:1-2 and Acts 17:24
  • Tim Pledger Justus, what does that even mean? "Holy Spirit is the perfect church". Do you even know what a church is? if the "Holy Spirit" is a church, where does one pay tithes? Who is the Pastor? Who has authority to baptize? Where do believers assemble? You have been gaining your beliefs from the Catholics or one of their babies.
  • Helga Hickman Quite a silly "response" you give, Tim Pledger, for neither did I claim anyone to have said any such! But it is that the Baptists seek to revision history, no different than the Roman Catholic did and does!

The church to which Jesus and his apostles p
reached was the one in the wilderness, Israel, THE JEWS and NOT the one in which the body of Christ finds itself!

We follow NOT Jesus in the flesh IF in the body of Christ, but Christ resurrected as told us by the Holy Spirit through Paul, he to be our apostle for today!

    1 Timothy 1:
15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation,
that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy,
that IN ME FIRST Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering,
for a PATTERN TO THEM WHICH SHOULD HEREAFTER BELIEVE ON HIM TO LIFE EVERLASTING .

Paul here obviously stating HE TO BE THE FIRST IN THE BODY OF CHRIST!
  • Justus Chi-echezonam @Tim Holy Spirit came to abide with us forever see John 14:16; to bring all things to our rememberance, see John 14:26; to testify of Jesus, see John 15:26; to guide us into all truth, see John 16:13; to show us things to come, see John 16:13; and to glorify Jesus in everything and show that glory to belivers , see John 16:14. From this we should learn that we should always seek first the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Ignorance is not the only thing that prevent us from having a partnershi with the Holy Spirit.
  • Justus Chi-echezonam @Helga, you made a point. it is sad but true that the church today is filled with plans and programs for human interest. Worship is planned and presented for fleshly pleasure through social association. There is little interest in hearing from the Holy Spirit. As a result the church which should be taking care of the work of the kingdom of heaven has become wasted. It is on the brink of bankruptcy and has become an object of ridicule and reproach!
  • Justus Chi-echezonam Why are Christians settling for mere outward formalities of religion, dry ceremonies of worship, seeing the church as a place of social intercourse? This emptiness has left young people sick of the christian way and its form of godliness. They have become disillusioned because the church has lost its spirital life!
  • Sureword Baptist @ Helga, are you saying the church started before the New Testament?

So you don't know the difference between the Old and New Testament. The name of Israel was called a "church" in the wilderness on the sense that they of been called out of Egypt (a t
ype of the world) to the Promise Land.

The Believer called out of sin, the kingdom of darkness, sealed with the Holy Ghost, regenerated, washed and baptized into the body of Christ. He is then added unto the church (Baptist). You seem to be so confused mam.
  • Helga Hickman WOW! Is that what you understand of what I say? Good grief!
Tell me, when did Paul come in? Don't I say it is he who be the apostle of the body of Christ? Then by what stretch of the imagination do you come up with what you say?
  • Sureword Baptist Here is your comment "The church to which Jesus and his apostles preached was the one in the wilderness, Israel, THE JEWS and NOT the one in which the body of Christ finds itself!"

    How do you explain this?
  • Helga Hickman Exactly!
THAT IS WHY IT IS PAUL THAT CHRIST BROUGHT IN, FOR US, TODAY!
  • Sureword Baptist 1. When did the New Testament Church start. 2. How started the NT Church? 3. Who started the New Testament Church?
  • Helga Hickman ALL OF WHAT YOU ASK I ALREADY ADDRESSED!
You do not rightly divide the word of God!
Here a Baptist preacher who knows better!

So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. 1 Corinthians 3:7 (KJB)
  • Sureword Baptist Oh, you finally scurried to the Baptist store to fetch good doctrine? I thought you do not belong or belief alike with us?
  • Helga Hickman No, it is that there be some amongst your wrong teachings who know to discern the truth!
  • Samuel Nyam @ justus i want you to tell me wether the church founded by Christ was aperfect church or not?if you read the message to the seven churches in Revelation chp2 you will know that christ is coming purify his church to be perfect as it were in the beginning.all the abomination taking will be distroyed Christ himself.
  • Sureword Baptist I bet, women like you will be commanded to be silent in the Baptist church. You are supposed to be cooking, cleaning, washing or something and not debating with men who have been sent by God to guide you. Were you discipled by Jezebel?
  • Helga Hickman HA HA HA HA HA! YOU ARE FALSE TEACHERS SENT BY THE DEVIL!
Well, true to his satanic roots, the above pastor wiped out my last response.  Good that I am well acquainted with his type, and had saved it!

Helga Hickman You are a true Baptist, having wiped out my comment. Worry not, to my blog you go, I having faithfully copied my response to you, which you erased, proving you are a deceiving fool. I am already acquainted with the deceiving ways of the devil which is in you, who consistently MUST revise history!

Another comment wiped out!  How sad these propose to be pastors!

And one more very appropriate of Satan's disciple's comment:
