Indeed, here we learn of when POLYGAMY began, which it did not with God's people, but through those of the way of Cain! This is a VERY interesting segment of the Soteriology series (Soteriology: Doctrine of Salvation (Soteriology series Full List) and very much worth viewing!
It
is awesome how God's word gives us all the clues we could possibly
need! Here is one of them, through the names of all until salvation
came through Noah! It is so very neat, it sends chills down my spine!
"As man is appointed mortal sorrow, the blessed God shall come down to initiate and teach that his death shall bring the despairing rest and comfort!"

"Soteriology" is a series that will
cover Salvation through the Bible starting in Genesis and going all the
way to the end of Revelations. This series ran from September 2007 to
September 2009 and consists of about 100 sermons. You don't have to
listen to these messages in any particular order; but it is recommended
you start from the beginning as these messages have a continuing flow to
