A case of ignorance and stupidity! If not of an over-bloated ego!

I do not know who said the above, but I do WANT to believe it to be true in Billy Crone's case! The alternative would be that he is plain prideful evil!

Here his "rebuttal" I address:  Billy Crone's LAME "rebuttal" to the King James Bible  

Please pray for this man who is so very lost, yet, he means to lead!


Here a man supposedly well-acquainted with the Scriptures, who believes in resolving issues in them through HUMAN LOGIC!! Certainly it must be that the NIV is not quite clear in this matter!

1 Corinthians 2:14

¹⁴ But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

1 Corinthians 1:21-25

²¹ For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
²² For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:

The sad irony is that this man who disdains what he calls "archaic" English cannot write correctly what he calls "modern" English! Thus, should the state of our language usage continue to deteriorate in this manner, the "New Age Bible," which I see as a contradiction in terms in itself, will present English that will simply baffle the likes of anyone with any decent education!

An analogy that comes to mind is: does anyone who is "older" understand the language used in the "modern" songs?? Except the words used in such "songs" have not as yet made it into the Merriam-Webster Dictionary!! Therefore the likes of me will never really know what the CRAP they sing today really means! And, judging by my reference to it, I can only be wiser for it!

From the very first sentence, which is the title introduced, to the very last sentence, Billy Crone has been consistent in showing the very poor knowledge he has of the English language. I find it hard to excuse someone in his position to be guilty of such glaring errors, which perpetuate the limited knowledge of the "average Joe" to whom he presumes to preach!

Colossians 3:22-24

²³ And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
²⁴ Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.


It has become quite apparent that Pastor Billy Crone works "heartily" to "please the choir," to whom he preaches his own gospel!

This is not what the translators did!

In the words of Dr. Frank Logsdon, co-founder of the NASB, (A slight deviation from my plan: the NASB "version," which leads to the Authorized King James Bible!) which he later denounced as being "a false translation," stating "I'm afraid I'm in trouble with the Lord!" He further lauded the King James Bible:

"There are places where I believe the Spirit of God led the translators of the Authorized Version.

"You read their biographies. They were mighty men of God; spent as much as five hours daily in prayer; and some of them knew twenty-some languages. And it was before modernism filled the air, and before their attention was diverted by so many other things, television and so on."

Indeed!

Before the "modern" English of Billy Crone, for certain, who seems to get his information in some filthy rag! How dare he cast aspersions on these Godly men (The King James Translators: a group of GODLY MEN!!), whom he cannot list?!!

How dare he slander King James (Another King after God's own Heart!) who CONTINUALLY lived under threat of death by the Roman Catholic Pope BECAUSE he had commissioned the Holy Bible to be translated anew from the Textus Receptus (Antioch), and not from the corrupt Alexandrian version of the Roman Catholic Church, from which all the other versions in existence proceed, to include the SATANIC NIV!

Not to mention he was a Scot reigning in England!! The sheer amount of prejudice existent in those days (and still, to a certain degree!) against the Scots was sufficient to have every evil tongue wagging with lies about him!

Pastor Billy Crone had best remember:

How funny, isn't it?! Although in his rebuttal, Pastor Billy Crone is more careful to say "Some have said that King James himself was a homosexual." TO OTHERS HE HAS VOICED THIS AS BEING AN IRREFUTABLE FACT, to the point of showing his having written a Thesis on such a "Pulitzer Prize-winning subject" when in "cemetery school!"

YET, here he has and preaches from the NIV, WHICH HAS TWO SELF-CONFESSED HOMOSEXUALS on its translating committees, Dr. Marten Woudstra and Dr. Virginia Mollenkott!! For this reason, YOU WILL NOT FIND THE WORD SODOMITE IN THE NIV!! Please view: The COUNTERFEIT translations! (further completed with examples) and The NIV translation: Could it possibly get any worse? Sadly, the answer is YES!!

So tell me, someone, WHY WOULD HE HAVE BROUGHT THIS UP??
Does he believe his congregation to be so very stupid? If so, he wants to keep it at that level!

And, just why, pray tell, IF it were that King James was a homosexual, could he not have demanded that such a less-than-flattering word be removed, also??

King James had nothing to do with the translation! He merely commissioned the work be done, ACCURATELY, which title was "HOLY BIBLE," which was just that for over 300 years, and around 1929 became known as the King James Bible, so as to differentiate from the many "new" translations the Roman Catholic Church was involved in disseminating for the purpose of PERVERTING the word of God! In addition to bringing in money through COPYRIGHTS! For which reason THEY HAVE TO CHANGE, ADD AND SUBTRACT WORDS!

Proverbs 8:8

All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward [adverse] or perverse in them.

Jeremiah 23:36:

And the burden of the LORD shall ye mention no more: for every man's word shall be his burden; for ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God.

ANYONE WITH HALF A BRAIN COULD ANSWER THE FOLLOWING:

WOULD JESUS HAVE RECALLED THE EXACT WORDS OF THE HOLY SCRIPTURES, PLACING EMPHASIS ON THE FACT THAT "IT IS WRITTEN," IF IT WERE THAT EVERY WORD OF GOD NOT BE IMPORTANT TO BE OBSERVED? Hardly!

Thus, it is an OUTRIGHT LIE that the King James is missing words as compared to the SATANIC NIV!! The NIV has added words!

And Billy Crone, while slandering PROVENLY Godly men, commends the likes of an APOSTATE such as John MacArthur!! Please view: John MacArthur Exposed!

Another outright LIE is the fact that Billy Crone claims there to have been "changes" to the 1611 Authorized Version! THERE HAS BEEN NOT ONE CHANGE TO THE 1611 VERSION!! NOT A ONE!!

Do we really need the classical English words to help us accurately understand the scriptures? Author David W. Daniels explains why we REALLY do need them.

Does anyone believe that Billy Crone does not know of this?! Hardly!! He preys on the IGNORANCE of his flock in "reinforcing" this false belief that the King James Bible is hard to read!

According to the Flesch-Kincaid research company’s Grade Level Indicator places the KJV at a 5th grade reading level. The same standardized test places both the NKJV and the NASB at 6th grade level and the NIV at an 8th grade level.

ANYONE BELIEVE THIS IS NOT ALREADY KNOWN TO BILLY CRONE?
So, when it is that he says that the KJB reading poses a "stumbling block,"
HE IS LYING!!!!!!!!!!


There have been three "changes" to the KJV since 1611:

1. 1612: Typography (from Gothic to Roman type).

2. 1629 & 1638: Correction of typographical errors.

3. 1762 & 1769: Standardization of spelling.

The 'Board of Managers' of the American Bible Society in 1852 determined that "The English Bible as left by the translators has come down to us unaltered in respect to its text..."

"With the exception of typographical errors and changes required by the process of orthography [spelling] in the English language, the text of our present Bibles remains unchanged, and without variations from the original copy as left by the translators. the first run of the King James Bible in 1611 was printed with a host of problems. It contained an apocrypha, had typographical errors, contained pagan pictures, used haphazard spelling, gave alternative marginal readings, and was difficult to read because of the German font that was used. BUT SO WHAT??

After those problems were corrected, the text of the AV Bible of 1611 is throughout essentially our King James Bible of Today UNCHANGED.

God preserves his word and purifies his word. This process of purifying has been going on non-stop and today we have in our hands 6,000 years of work culminating in a perfect Bible in English.

Foreign Bibles based on the Textus Receptus (and many were translated from Luther's bible or from the King James Bible) are good Bibles, they also form "scripture" in their own languages. What is being done today is the purification of these texts using the final authority of the King James Bible text.

Seven Purifications:
1. Across the Ages (to 96AD)
2. Across the Authors (7x7)
3. Across the Languages
4. In the English Bibles**
[5. In the AV Committees]*
6. In the editions of the AV
7. Purification of the world's Bibles

*Not explained in this video, but it involved committees of men, each translating and revising the entire Bible, and comparing and finalizing the result.

** Wycliff's wasn't put in the list, his bible wasn't translated from Greek and Hebrew.

The sheer volume involved in such a monumental endeavor as translating the Bible would demand that many be the checks, throughout a very long period of time. Typos are one of the most prevalent errors in PUBLISHED books because they were not carefully inspected!!


Shame on Billy Crone for insinuating such LIES when inferring that that there were several versions of the KJV!! This is straightforward malice aforethought!! WHAT A DISGRACE!!
